Levels of Membership:

Trail Guide, Trail Advocate, Trail Partner and Trail Explorer* Members receive:

• A minimum of six issues of the PCTA Communicator
• Free wilderness permit for travel in excess of 500 miles on the PCT upon request.
• Discount on PCTA store items
• Discount on PCTA activities (including reservations for the annual Pacific Crest Trail Fest Gathering and Trail Classes)
• A Pacific Crest Trail Association decal
• An invitation to trail projects
• The knowledge that their membership helps to protect and preserve the PCNST for future generations

  Special Note: All memberships apply to households. This means that for each membership issued, those within that household receive permit privileges as well as discounts at our online store and for Pacifc Crest Trail Fest Annual Gathering and Trail Classes reservations. Each member household receives one copy of our Communicator magazine.
